Liam and his team replaced all the siding on our 1970s split-level. The board-and-batten looks incredible — neighbours have been stopping to ask who did the work. Clean site every day, finished ahead of schedule.
We needed a full metal roof replacement before winter. Liam walked the roof with us, explained every option honestly, and the standing-seam install was flawless. Haven't heard a leak since — and we've had two heavy snow seasons.
Hired LK Contracting to frame our laneway house addition. Every wall was dead square, every beam placed exactly to the engineered drawings. Inspector passed it first visit with zero deficiencies. That says everything.
