How we work
Site prep
Clean, square deck ready for walls. Snap lines, double-check plates, correct for any slab variation before we stand a single wall.
Engineered drawings
We build what the engineer drew — not a loose interpretation. Beam sizes, strapping, hold-downs, nailing schedules all hit spec.
BC Building Code
Every frame meets current BCBC for fire, structure, and energy. No surprises at inspection.
Inspections
We coordinate framing and shear inspections, and we're on-site for the walk-through. First-pass sign-offs are the target.
